Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized property manager/financial manager to manage our client’s financial records, transactions, and reporting. As well as providing bookkeeping services for our business too. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining monthly accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, generating financial reports, and processing invoices. As well as day to day property management tasks.

Experience with Buildium and/or Quickbooks an asset.

This position is hybrid-remote. Must have a vehicle or capacity to come to our office in Centretown. Must be based locally in Ottawa.

Responsibilities:

  • Process work orders

  • Record day-to-day transactions

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations

  • Perform monthly reporting

  • Prepare financial statements

  • Support property managers with bookkeeping tasks
